Hi, I'm David!
I'm proud to call Brisa & Palmilla home. As an Army veteran, MBA graduate, business owner, and Orange County real estate broker, I've built my career around leadership, accountability, and helping people make informed decisions.
Since moving into our community, I've spent the past year listening to homeowners, attending meetings, reviewing Association records, and learning how our HOA operates. Along the way, I've discovered something simple:

Hey, I'm Alex!
I'm proud to call Brisa & Palmilla home, where my wife and I are raising our young daughter. Like many homeowners, we chose this community because we wanted a safe, welcoming neighborhood where families can thrive.
Professionally, I'm a Planning Manager at DRC Engineering in Anaheim, where I oversee the entitlement and permitting of multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse developments across California, Washington, and Texas. My background in engineering and land development has given me firsthand experience with projects similar to our own community.
As a homeowner, I believe our HOA should operate with transparency, fiscal responsibility, and a clear focus on protecting homeowners' interests. I'm especially passionate about ensuring our community takes full advantage of available builder warranties, addresses needed repairs, and plans responsibly for the future.
Whether serving on the Board or simply as a neighbor, I'm committed to helping build a stronger, more informed, and more engaged Brisa & Palmilla.

I've proudly called Brisa & Palmilla home since our community's very first phase. Like many homeowners, I believe we deserve a safe, well-maintained neighborhood, responsible financial stewardship, and a Board that puts homeowners first.
Throughout my career, I've spent more than 25 years in executive leadership roles within the tourism and hospitality industry, helping lead marketing, operations, and business growth for organizations including Paramount Parks, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, and Parques Reunidos. Those experiences taught me the importance of accountability, strategic planning, and delivering results.
As a homeowner, I've seen opportunities for our community to improve—from communication and financial oversight to security, vendor accountability, and homeowner involvement. I believe positive change starts with listening to residents and making thoughtful decisions that serve the best interests of the entire community.
