Hi, I'm David Tran.
I've proudly called Brisa & Palmilla home since 2024. As an Army veteran, MBA graduate, Orange County real estate broker, mortgage professional, and business owner, I've built my career around leadership, financial responsibility, and helping people make informed decisions.
Since moving into our community, I've dedicated countless hours to understanding how our HOA operates—from governing documents and financial planning to elections and homeowner concerns. Along the way, I've met many neighbors who share the same goal: a well-managed community where homeowners feel informed, respected, and heard.
I'm running for the Board because I believe good governance starts with listening. My commitment is to promote transparency, strengthen communication, encourage homeowner involvement, and help protect the long-term value of our community.
Whether you support my candidacy or simply want to share your ideas, I invite you to be part of the conversation. Together, we can build a stronger Brisa & Palmilla.
Hi, I'm David.
When my family moved into Brisa & Palmilla, I expected what every homeowner hopes for—a welcoming neighborhood, a well-managed community, and a place we're proud to call home.
As I became more involved, I realized many homeowners shared common questions about communication, long-term planning, and community engagement. Rather than simply observing, I chose to get involved.
Over the past year, I've spent countless hours learning how our Association operates, reviewing governing documents, attending meetings, and listening to homeowners throughout the community.
I'm running because I believe good governance begins with listening, communicating openly, and making thoughtful decisions that benefit the entire community.
